Welcome to Union pilates
A bright, boutique, classical Pilates studio in the heart of Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn.
Located in a historic Brownstone, this serene and airy space is a quick walk from anywhere in BOCOCA, Brooklyn Heights, Park Slope, or Gowanus, 1 block away from the Carroll Street F/G and 3 blocks away from the Union Street R subway stops.
The studio is equipped with Gratz Pilates equipment including a half-Cadillac, reformer and wunda chair, as well as mats, barrels, and props. Students are taught private sessions, where the student and teacher are the only ones present in the space. If you prefer working out with others, small, 3-person mat classes are also available.
The space is thoroughly cleaned after each use with antiseptic cleaners. It is well ventilated, and all teachers and clients are required to be fully vaccinated from Covid 19, as required by the state of NY.
